Welcome to maritimehistory.org, the Institute of Maritime History's online community. Registering for the site is the first step in joining the work of IMH. Once you are registered, you can join IMH as a full member and gain access to more areas of the site, post blogs and comments, and work with other IMH volunteers. This site is a forum for members to discuss and share information directly related to IMH's mission of conserving, educating and preserving maritime history and nautical archaeology.

All comments on the site are the sole opinion of the posters and may or may not reflect the official opinions of IMH. Users of the site agree to conduct themselves with maturity and dignity.
